A grave historical error: The Bible mentions Ramses before its construction

We read from the Book of Genesis, Chapter 47:
11 Then Joseph settled his father and his brothers, and gave them a possession in the land of Egypt, in the best of the land, in the land of Rameses , as Pharaoh had commanded. We say: The city of Rameses did not exist at all at the time of Joseph, peace be upon him, as it was built during the time of Ramses II, who is famous for being the Pharaoh of Moses, peace be upon him (13th century BC)!!! We read from the Encyclopedia Britannica: ((Because his family's home was in the Nile River delta, and in order to have a convenient base for campaigns in Asia, Ramses built for himself a full-scale residence city called Per Ramessu (“House of Ramses”; biblical Raamses), which was famous for its beautiful layout, with gardens, orchards, and pleasant waters.))

((Pi-Ramesses (also known as Per-Ramesses, Piramese, Pr-Rameses, Pir-Ramaseu) was the city built as the new capital in the Delta region of ancient Egypt by Ramesses II (known as The Great, 1279-1213 BCE). It was located at the site of the modern town of Qantir in the Eastern Delta and, in its time, was considered the greatest city in Egypt, rivaling even Thebes to the south. The name means 'House of Ramesses' (also given as 'City of Ramesses') and was constructed close by the older city of Avaris))

We read from the Bible Dictionary that it states that it was a city built during the time of Ramses II, but he patched it up later. We will respond to the patching up:
((Ramesses: an ancient Egyptian name meaning “son of the sun god.” It is a city in Egypt in the most fertile region of the country (Gen. 47:11). This region (its name is Goshen, v. 6) is where the children of Israel lived by order of Pharaoh.
Ramses (Ramses) II built this city on the eastern borders of Egypt and named it after himself.
It is most likely the same city of stores that the Hebrews built for Pharaoh (Ex. 1:11).)

Some sources have acknowledged this historical error, or at least reported it .
We read from the comprehensive ocean in the Bible and the ancient East, page 581-582 by Paul Al-Feghali:
((The Egyptian name for Rameses was: Beit Rameses. Rameses resided in it and it may have been Qanin or Qantir. Jacob resided in the Rameses area and there the Hebrews worked in hard labor to build a city for provisions (Exodus 1:11). Rameses was the starting point of the Exodus (Exodus 12:37, Numbers 33:3, 5). The city is mentioned in Egyptian texts, but it seems that Rameses was not known to the inhabitants of Judah until a later period and thanks to their connection with Tanis, which became the capital with the 21st dynasty and was located 25 km to the north of Rameses. Rameses was mentioned with Pithom in Exodus 1:11, so it presented us with a landmark in the sixth century, a date confirmed by the biblical references that we find only in the priestly texts))

((It is often assumed that no city called Rameses would have existed before the time of Rameses II, or the 14th century BC, though even before Rameses I the name occurs as that of a brother of Horemhib under the XVIIIth Dynasty. The usual translation "Child of Ra" is grammatically incorrect in Egyptian and as Ra was an ancient name for the "sun" it seems possible that a town may have borne the title "Ra created it" very early. The mention of Rameses in Gen (47:11) is often regarded as an anachronism, since no scholar has supposed that Jacob lived as late as the time of Rameses II. This would equally apply to the other notices, and at most would serve to mark the age of the passages in the Pentateuch where Rameses is mentioned, but even this cannot be thought to be proved (see EXODUS). According to De Rouge (see Pierret, Vocab. Hieroglyph., 1875, 143) there were at least three towns in Lower Egypt that bore the name Pa Rames-ses ("city of Rameses"); but Brugsch supposes that the place mentioned in the Old Testament was Zoan, to which Rameses II gave this name when making it his capital in the Delta. Dr. Budge takes the same view, while Dr. Naville and others suppose that the site of Raamses has still to be found.))

((2 [11] The region of Rameses: same as the region of Goshen; see note on ⇒ Genesis 45:10. The name Rameses, however, is an anachronism, since this royal name did not come into use before the end of the fourteenth century B.C., long after the time of Joseph. ))

The missionaries patched up this mistake:
They said that the name Ramses was known before Ramses II, so it is not unlikely that the region in the Book of Genesis was named after someone named Ramses other than Pharaoh Ramses II!!!

In response:
A very weak argument!!!! Because what the possibility did invalidated the evidence, so the throne should be proven and then engraved. Prove first that the area was called Ramses before Ramses II built it, then speak!!!
Then if we follow this logic, then we will not be able to prove the attribution of the name of any city to its builder, because Alexandria at that time was called Alexandria before Alexander built it!!! It is not unlikely that the area was called Alexandria before Alexander built it because he was not the first to be called Alexander!!!! And may

Indeed, my dear brother and teacher, the city of Ramses was built by Ramses II, and this is what the supervisors of one of the most famous and largest church websites, biblehub.com (a website more famous than fire on science), have declared:
