Qadiani slander in their claim of the death of Christ
Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and there is no aggression except against the oppressors. I bear witness that there is no god but God alone, without partner, the Guardian of the righteous, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, the leader of the righteous, and upon his family and his good companions, and those who follow their path until the Day of Judgment. Now then:
I was afflicted with reading a small, extremely harmful letter entitled: “The Death of Jesus, Son of Mary, and the Meaning of His Descent.” On its cover was an alleged picture of the grave of Jesus, peace be upon him, in Sri Nagar, Kashmir, India, published by the global Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (Qadiyanism).
The truth is that I had no need to respond to any of the writings of this deviant group, because their affair had been exposed and their doubts had been refuted; had it not been for the fact that their books and letters were widespread in some countries, and it was feared that someone whose connection to religious knowledge was weak would be influenced by them.
Some of my friends wanted me to write about their misguidance and falsehood in this letter.
So I sought help from God Almighty in this, and He is the One responsible for raising the beacon of truth, supporting its people, lowering the banners of the people of misguidance, extinguishing their fires, and protecting the Muslims from their evil.
Before opening the response, it is worth noting that this Ahmadiyya (Qadiyan ) sect is a deviant, infidel sect by consensus of Muslim scholars. Numerous fatwas have been issued to this effect by a number of legal councils and bodies in the Islamic world, including: the Fiqh Council affiliated with the Muslim World League, the Islamic Fiqh Council affiliated with the Organization of the Islamic Conference, and the Council of Senior Scholars in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is in addition to the fatwas issued by scholars in Egypt, the Levant, Morocco, India, and elsewhere.
If this is the case, then it is obligatory not to pay attention to any of their writings or engage in them. Rather, it is obligatory to destroy them and warn against them and their people, in order to protect the boundaries of religion and fulfill the duty of enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong.
Introduction:
One of the things that the Ahmadis are striving to do is to prove that the Holy Prophet Jesus, peace be upon him, has died, and they have a bad intention in doing so; which is that if this is misleading, it will be easy for them to claim that the hadiths that were reported about his descent, peace be upon him, are intended for the mission of the false Qadiani prophet, and that the awaited Mahdi is Jesus, son of Mary. From this and that, it is concluded that the Qadiani is Jesus, son of Mary, and the awaited Mahdi as well.
The aforementioned letter stated this, as it stated on page 6: “What is meant by the descent of Jesus, son of Mary, is the mission of another man from the nation of the Chosen One, may God bless him and grant him peace, who resembles Jesus, son of Mary, in his attributes, deeds, and states. This promised one appeared in Qadian, India, under the name: Mirza Ghulam Ahmad... as a guided Imam, and God made him like the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, peace be upon him. So he was the promised Messiah and the guided Imam for the Muhammadan nation, whom the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, promised to send, saying: (There is no Mahdi [thus, the correct is: Mahdi] except Jesus) Ibn Majah, Book of Tribulations.” End quote.
I said : It is a clear misguidance and obvious error to believe that Jesus, peace be upon him, is the awaited Mahdi. The hadith mentioned is not authentic, rather it is a rejected hadith, which was ruled to be rejected by a group of imams, including al-Nasa’i, al-Dhahabi, and al-Albani. It was deemed weak by al-Hakim, al-Bayhaqi, al-Qurtubi, and Ibn Taymiyyah. In fact, al-Sagani ruled it to be fabricated. See: Minhaaj as-Sunnah 8/256, al-Sawa’iq al-Muhriqah by al-Haythami 2/476, and as-Silsilah ad-Da’ifah (77).
Before discussing the Qadianiyya on this topic, it is appropriate to introduce some of the belief of all Muslims regarding the ascension and descent of Jesus, peace be upon him.
I say : Muslims believe, based on what is included in the verses and the successive hadiths, that God Almighty raised Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, to heaven, and that he will remain alive there until the Day of Resurrection, when he will descend to earth and kill the Antichrist, break the cross, kill the pig, and rule according to the Muhammadan law, then he will die - peace be upon him - like all other human beings.
Among those who transmitted the consensus on this is Ibn Atiyah, may God have mercy on him (d. 542 AH), who said in his interpretation, Al-Muharrir Al-Wajeez 3/143: (The nation agreed on what is included in the mutawatir hadith that Jesus is alive in heaven, and that he will descend at the end of time and kill the pig, break the cross, kill the Antichrist, and justice will overflow and the religion - the religion of Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace - will appear through him, and he will perform the Hajj to the House and will remain on earth for twenty-four years, and it was said forty years).
Al-Safarini (d. 1188 AH) says in his book Lawami’ al-Anwar 2/94-95: (The nation has agreed that he will descend, and no one among the people of the Sharia has disagreed with him. Rather, it was the philosophers and atheists whose disagreement is not to be taken into account who denied it. The nation has agreed that he will descend and rule according to this Muhammadan Sharia, and that he will not descend according to an independent Sharia when he descends from the heavens.)
Al-Azimabadi says in his book Awn al-Ma’bud 11/457: (The news has been transmitted from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, about the descent of Jesus, son of Mary, may God bless him and grant him peace, from heaven with his physical body to earth when the Hour approaches, and this is the doctrine of the people of the Sunnah and the Community.)
The scholars’ words on this are extensive, and if it were not for the fear of being too long and my desire for this message to be brief in content, I would have gathered many of those quotes.
For the sake of importance, review the following books: Al-Tawdih fi Tawatur Ma Ja’a fi al-Mahdi al-Muntazar, al-Dajjal, and al-Masih by al-Shawkani, and Al-Tasrih Ma Tawatur fi al-Nuzul al-Masih by Muhammad Anwar Shah al-Kashmiri.
As for the Qadiani slander in this letter, its summary is: two premises and a conclusion.
The first premise : Jesus, peace be upon him, died, and his being raised alive in his body is a myth with no truth to it.
As for the second premise : it is that the hadiths reported about his descent, peace be upon him, are not to be taken literally, but rather are interpreted.
As for the result : What is meant by his descent is the emergence of his equal and likeness, and that is Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Al-Qadiani.
They have gathered for both premises a number of doubts, the slightest contemplation of which is sufficient to expose their falsehood and invalidity.
God willing, I will briefly explain the misguidance and deception contained in this message, and we trust in God.
Detailed response
It was stated in the letter, p. 1: (It is the general law of God that includes all the children of Adam to live on earth, so how did Jesus, son of Mary, depart from this ongoing law as some claim?)
The answer: He who willed this Sunnah and created it is able to make an exception from it for whomever He wishes, and there is no one who can question His judgment or reject His decree.
Is the survival of Jesus, peace be upon him, in heaven more amazing than his birth to a mother without a father? Isn’t this a violation of the cosmic law, as you claim? And every answer you give to this objection is our answer to you in your statement.
It was stated in the message, p. 1-2: The evidence from the Almighty’s saying: (And Muhammad is no more than a messenger; messengers have passed away before him) is that all the prophets have passed away; considering that the meaning of (passed away) is: died, and that Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him, used this verse as evidence for the death of our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, because all the prophets before him had died, and the companions agreed on his death and on the death of all the prophets before him.
The answer : If it is accepted that the meaning of (khala) in the verse is: died, then the evidence indicates that Jesus, peace be upon him, is excluded from this ruling, meaning that they all died except Jesus, peace be upon him, and the specification with separate evidence is acceptable to the people of knowledge, especially since the word “messengers” in this context is not a text in generality, if they understand the meaning of generality or specificity.
Then who transmitted the consensus of the Companions on the death of all the prophets, including Jesus, peace be upon him? Is this anything but a mere fabrication and lie?
It is stated in the letter, p. 1: (As for the statement that Jesus, son of Mary, peace be upon him, was raised to heaven alive, and sat at the right hand of God, and will descend from heaven in his physical body at the end of time with the angels with all power and will defeat people, it is in reality a false notion taken from the Christian faith and is not proven in the Holy Qur’an.)
The answer: The statement that Jesus, peace be upon him, was raised alive and descended from heaven in his body at the end of time is a truth stated in the Qur’an and Sunnah, and an explanation of that will come later, God willing.
As for their saying: And he sat on the right hand of God...etc., this is not from the saying of the Muslims, so they are not obligated to do so.
It was stated in the message, p. 1: (And God has invalidated this belief in His Almighty saying: (Have they not seen how many generations We destroyed before them? That to them they will not be returned?) meaning the dead will never return to this world, so how can Jesus, son of Mary, return contrary to what God said?)
The answer is :
First : This verse addresses the infidels to learn a lesson from those who denied the messengers before them whom God destroyed, how they had no return to the world or return. This is the meaning of the verse.
Second : The verse speaks about the dead, and Muslims say that Jesus, peace be upon him, is alive and has not died, so the evidence is not in dispute; therefore, the evidence is invalid.
Third : If God Almighty wants to bring back someone who has died to life again, He will do so, and nothing is beyond His power, glory be to Him.
Haven't these people heard what God told us in His Book about Jesus, peace be upon him, reviving the dead with God's permission (And I revive the dead with God's permission)? Rather, greater than that, he was created from clay in the form of a bird, then he breathed into it and it became a bird with God's permission? Or do they not believe in that?
In the story of the cow in Surat Al-Baqarah: (So We said, “Strike him with part of it.” Thus does God bring the dead to life and show you His signs that you may understand), and the story of Abraham, peace be upon him: (And when Abraham said, “My Lord, show me how You give life to the dead”) and the verses, and many others.
This answer is a concession in the debate, otherwise Jesus, peace be upon him, did not die, as was previously established.
It was stated in the letter, p. 1: (If it were possible for a prophet to return to this world, our Prophet Muhammad, the Chosen One, may God bless him and grant him peace, would be more deserving and worthy of being sent a second time, due to his perfection, virtues, and superiority over all the other prophets, peace be upon them.)
The answer is :
First : This doubt is an obvious fallacy, because the discussion is not about the return of a prophet after his death, but rather about his descent to Earth while he is alive. Thus, the doubt is invalidated from the beginning.
Second : The superiority of our Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, over all the other prophets does not necessarily mean that all the evidence and proofs that happened to his brothers, the prophets, may God bless them and grant them peace, which are called miracles, should be proven for him. Otherwise, the generality of their words would necessitate the invalidity of what came in the Qur’an that Jesus, peace be upon him, healed the blind and the lepers and brought the dead back to life by God’s permission, because that did not happen to our Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. The same can be said about the staff of Moses, peace be upon him, and other miracles of the prophets, may God bless them and grant them peace. Any response to this objection is our response to them in their doubt.
Third : There are great rulings in what God Almighty has decreed regarding Jesus being raised alive and then descending at the end of time, including: responding to the Jews in their claim that they killed him, peace and blessings be upon him, and that he is the one who will kill them and kill the Antichrist with them.
The letter, p. 2, contains a doubt to deny the ascension of Jesus, peace be upon him, which is their saying: (Jesus was ascended in the same way that the other prophets were ascended, as God Almighty said regarding Idris, peace be upon him: (And We raised him to a high station), and the same meaning for the ascension of Jesus, peace be upon him, is in the noble verse: (Indeed, I will take you and raise you to Me), so there is no mention of the word heaven, and all this phrase indicates is that God will foil the plan of the Jews to kill Jesus, peace be upon him, on the cross to prove that he - God forbid - is cursed by God, and He will raise his rank and make him one of those brought near, and his soul will be ascended as the souls of the other prophets were ascended).
The answer is:
First: The scholars of interpretation have several sayings in interpreting the words of God Almighty about Idris: (And We raised him to a high station). Some of the scholars said: God Almighty raised him alive to the heavens and he died there, and this is narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas, Mujahid, and others of the Salaf. Based on this, the verse is evidence against them, not for them.
It was said: What is meant is his elevation in Paradise, and Paradise - without a doubt - he will enter with his body and soul. The mention of the past tense does not pose any problem for this, as it is a confirmation of the occurrence, like the Almighty’s saying: (And those who feared their Lord will be led to Paradise in groups), and His saying: (And that is Paradise which you have been made to inherit for what you used to do).
Therefore, the evidence is not valid.
Second: If it is accepted that what is meant by the verse is raising the degrees and status of Idris, peace be upon him, then this does not necessarily mean the meaning of the verses mentioned about Jesus, peace be upon him, because they are explicit about raising the body and soul together, for the following:
A- That God Almighty restricted this ascension to Himself, as He said: (And raised you to Me), and He said: (Rather, God raised him to Himself), and it is established in the Book and the Sunnah and the consensus of the Muslims that God Almighty is above, so his ascension, peace be upon him, was to the heavens, unlike the ascension in the case of Idris, peace be upon him, which is absolute: (And We raised him to a high station), and everyone who has smelled the scent of the Arabic language will understand the difference between the two styles.
B- If it is accepted that the verse may have the meaning of raising the status and position, then the hadiths mentioned on this topic are clear in meaning and conclusive in evidence that the raising was for the soul and the body together, and likewise the descent at the end of time.
In the two Sahihs, the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, the son of Mary will soon descend among you as a just judge. He will break the cross and kill the pig.” Al-Bukhari 4/134 and Muslim 1/135.
In Sahih Muslim 4/2253, it is narrated that he, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “… When God sends the Messiah, son of Mary, he will descend at the white minaret east of Damascus between two dyed garments, placing his hands on the wings of two angels. When he lowers his head, it drips, and when he raises it, pearls like pearls will flow from it. No disbeliever will smell the scent of his breath except that he will die, and his breath will end where his glance ends. He will seek him [i.e., he will seek the Antichrist] until he catches up with him at the gate of Ludd and kill him. Then Jesus, son of Mary, will come to a people whom God has protected from him, and he will wipe their faces and tell them about their degrees in Paradise.”
There are dozens of hadiths on this, so can it be said after that that this ascension was for the soul only?
If what was meant by Jesus’ ascension was the ascension of his soul, as stated in the message, then what was the advantage for Jesus, peace be upon him? Since the souls of all believers, when they are taken, are taken up except to heaven!
C- That the Almighty’s saying: (And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him, but it appeared to them as if it were so. And indeed, those who differ therein are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge thereof except the following of assumptions. And they did not kill him, for certain. Rather, Allah raised him up to Himself) is clear evidence as the sun for what was previously established and which all believers believe in. So the Almighty’s saying: (Rather, Allah raised him up to Himself) indicates that his raising up was of the body and the soul. If his death had been intended, it would have been said: And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him, but rather he died. And this is completely clear to whoever contemplates and has insight and good intentions.
It was stated in the letter, p. 2: (As the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw him on the night of the Ascension among the dead with Yahya, peace be upon him.)
The answer: What does the fact that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saw him in the sky with Yahya indicate?
What prevents him from being alive in body and soul in heaven, while all the other prophets are alive in their souls? Can these unseen matters be compared to visible matters?
The believer who believes in God as Lord, in the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, as a prophet, and in Islam as a religion must believe and submit to everything that came in the noble revelation without entering with his mind into what he does not comprehend.
Otherwise, the Qadianis would have to deny the Mi'raj from the beginning. How could the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, ascend to heaven and greet the prophets and address them while he was alive and they were dead? As they say about this, so let them say about that.
The message, p. 2, states: What happened in the crucifixion incident is mentioned, and the summary of what was mentioned is that Jesus, peace be upon him, was not raised alive, and his likeness was not cast on anyone, but rather he was hung on the cross for a few hours, and when he was taken down he was in a state of severe unconsciousness until it seemed to them that he had died, then after the crucifixion incident he migrated from Palestine to the eastern countries: Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Kashmir, and India, and he lived one hundred and twenty years.
This is how the message was mentioned! As if the writer of this story had witnessed it, or someone who had witnessed it had been sent to him from his grave and had detailed its story to him!
It is not hidden from rational people that claims are easy, and that everyone can claim whatever he wants, but the issue is in proving this claim with convincing evidence, otherwise it has no value to someone who respects his mind.
This alleged story and the details they mentioned can only be known through revelation.
I call upon all Qadianis to search all the books of the Sunnah for ten years, and if they wish, another, a third, and a fourth, until they come up with a correct text from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, or from one of his companions who narrates the story like they did.
It would be better and more correct for them to return to the path of truth and guidance, and to know that nothing will save them from God’s punishment except sincere faith, sound adherence, and disavowal of this crooked and fallen religion, which is abhorrent to minds and rejected by instincts. And God is the guide.
It is stated in the message, p. 3-4: (And know that the Glorious Qur’an does not permit anyone to ascend to the heavens with his body and then descend from it. Do you not know that the infidels asked the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to ascend to the heavens and bring down to them a book that they could read as evidence that he had ascended to the heavens? God responded to them: (Say: Glory be to my Lord! Am I anything but a human messenger?) If ascending to the heavens with the body was possible for a human being, then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, would have been more deserving and worthy to ascend to the heavens in front of the eyes of the infidels so that they would believe in him. So what was not permissible for the best of messengers, Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, how was it permissible for Jesus, son of Mary, peace be upon him...).
The answer: I say, and God is the Grantor of success: This deviant group does not cease to cling to any semblance of evidence, even if it is as weak as a spider’s web, but in reality it is a witness to their misguidance and deviation, including this fallen evidence whose weakness and insincerity are apparent to anyone with eyes, and I will mention some of that in what follows:
First: They claimed that the Qur’an does not allow anyone to ascend to heaven with his body and then descend from it. So they are told:
What do you say about the Prophet’s Night Journey (PBUH), wasn’t it an ascent to heaven and then a descent from it? The majority of Muslims agree that this was with his body and soul. Will they accept this as Muslims do, and their argument will be cut off? Or will they rush to deny and interpret – as is their custom – and their matter will be exposed to the Muslims even more?!
Second: The claim is more general than the evidence, so the evidence is not valid; meaning that if it is accepted that the verse indicates impossibility, then it is mentioned regarding two matters: ascending to heaven with the revelation of a book that is read, and the discussion here is about one issue, which is ascension, so it is not necessary for that to be impossible.
Third: Does the lack of response indicate that the desired outcome cannot be achieved? There is no doubt that every Muslim will answer in the negative; for nothing is beyond God Almighty’s power, and He is capable of everything, both existent and non-existent.
This is explained by the fact that the Prophet said: “Glory be to my Lord! Am I anything but a human messenger?” He did not say: “Is it possible for that to happen?” or something similar. Rather, his saying that indicates that what is required is something that cannot be prevented from happening, and that the matter is in the hands of God, the Exalted, the Doer of whatever He wills. If He wills, He will answer what they asked for, and if He wills, He will not answer. He is only a messenger who conveys God’s messages and advises them.
Fourth : If it is impossible - as they claim - to ascend to the heavens, then what is mentioned in the same context should also be impossible: (And they said, “We will not believe you until you cause a spring to gush forth for us from the earth, or you have a garden of palm trees and grapes and cause rivers to gush forth within it abundantly”) until he said: (or you ascend into the heaven) the verses, so let them say that it is impossible for springs to gush forth from the earth, and that the Qur’an forbids that, and let them be the laughingstock of the wise.
First, do they know that Moses, peace be upon him, struck the stone with his staff and twelve springs gushed forth from it? What is greater than that is that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, caused water to spring from between his fingers, peace and blessings be upon him. If that is possible, then why is it not possible to ascend to the sky?!
It was stated in the letter, p. 4: The belief in the death of Jesus was held by the righteous people of the nation and its great scholars.
They listed only fourteen names among them. I do not know about the rest of the scholars of the nation. What is their position on this issue in the view of the Qadianis? What is their position on the many scholars who transmitted the consensus of the scholars on the ascension of Jesus and his descent from the heavens?
I will mention what is related to these mentioned people in the following:
First: They attributed this belief to Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them both, based on his interpretation of the Almighty’s saying: (He will cause you to die), meaning: He will cause you to die.
The answer to this doubt in brief is: What he meant, may God be pleased with him, is his death at the end of time after his revelation. This is confirmed by what Ishaq bin Bishr and Ibn Asakir narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas regarding this verse: (He will raise you up and then cause you to die at the end of time). See: Al-Durr Al-Manthur 2/36.
Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, is the one who interprets his words, and he does not need the Qadianis to interpret his words according to their whims.
Therefore, the verse contains an advancing and delaying, meaning: He will raise you to Me and take you after that.
Presenting the death before the raising in the mention does not require precedence in time, because the correct view is that the conjunction with the letter waw does not require order.
To complete the benefit, I mention that scholars have other opinions on the interpretation of the verse, including:
Death means capture, not the known death.
Among them is that death here means sleep, meaning that God raised him while he was in a state of sleep, and sleep is called death, as God Almighty said: ( God takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that do not die during their sleep ), and He said: ( And it is He who takes you by night and knows what you have committed during the day ).
Second : It was stated in the letter, p. 4, that Imam Malik, may God have mercy on him, said: “Jesus died,” and they referred to Sheikh Allama Tahir, Bihar al-Anwar. Like this! This is one of the most disgusting and ugly lies. They quote this statement from this great Imam on this serious subject from a book that is not known to the Malikis or others. So where are his words in the Muwatta’ and the Mudawwana? And where are his words in the works of his students and followers of his school of thought?
Then I said: Perhaps they mean the book: Majma’ Bihar al-Anwar by Muhammad ibn Tahir al-Fattani, and after researching the sources of the subject in it, it became clear that it does not contain a narration from Imam Malik ibn Anas on this subject, but rather it contains a report by its author on the belief of the Muslims in the ascension and descent of Jesus, and an answer to what is imagined of its opposition to the words of God Almighty: (Indeed, I will cause you to die and raise you up to Me), see 5/91 of the aforementioned book.
Third: The letter, p. 4, claimed that Al-Fakhr Al-Razi also held this opinion, and they quoted the following from him: (Imam Al-Razi said in his interpretation of the verse: (O Jesus, I will take you: meaning I will end your life, and I will raise you, meaning I will raise your status and raise your soul to Me... Then he says: (And know that this verse indicates that raising him in the Almighty’s saying: (And I will raise you to Me) is raising the degree and the virtue, not the place and the direction, just as the superiority in this verse is not in the place but in the degree and the position) Tafsir Al-Fakhr Al-Razi).
The answer to that is as follows:
A- The first quoted phrase is one of their many lies, as it does not exist at all! The interpretation exists and its copies are widespread.
If many polytheists and infidels abhor lying because it is the ultimate baseness in the standards of values and morals, then the Qadianis continue to wallow in its mire time and time again. Praise be to God who has exposed them with their pens, and what will come will expose them even more.
B- Al-Razi mentioned in his interpretation of the verse many aspects that explicitly state that Jesus, peace be upon him, was raised to heaven with his body, and that he is alive in it until he descends to earth.
In fact, in one of those aspects, he transmitted the following: (And when he knew that there were people who thought that what God raised was his soul and not his body, he mentioned these words to indicate that he, peace be upon him, was raised completely to heaven with his soul and his body.) So what will the Qadianis say after these words?!
As for the second phrase that they quoted, it is found at the end of that place, and this is the habit of people of deviation and passion, they take from the speech what agrees with their passions and cover up the rest.
Anyone who looks at Al-Razi’s words will notice that he decided on the well-known Muslim creed in a long speech, then he followed it with this phrase, and I think that this has two interpretations:
First: His speech here is about the loftiness of God Almighty, since Al-Razi denies the loftiness of God Almighty in the manner of the Jahmites, so his comment is on the word (to me) in the verse, and he does not mean what is related to Jesus, peace be upon him, because the discussion of him has already passed, and he has established his belief in that with complete clarity, including his saying: (And the evidence has proven that he is alive, and the news has been reported from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that he will descend and kill the Antichrist, then God Almighty will take him after that) 8/60.
Second: It can be said that he does not see that this verse indicates that Jesus was raised to heaven - to avoid the obligation to prove the loftiness of God Almighty - even though he sees that other evidence indicates that, and the absence of a specific evidence does not mean the absence of the meaning, as it may be proven by another evidence, and the correctness of this interpretation is attested to by his words quoted above. The result is that al-Razi believes in the ascension and descent of Jesus, so there is no support for the Qadianis in his words.
Fourth: On pages 4-5, it is mentioned that this belief was attributed to Ibn Hazm, may God have mercy on him, and that he believed that Jesus had died, and they referred to his book Al-Fasl when he spoke about Christianity.
I do not know whether these people write for people who have no minds or sight, or whether they do not understand what they read? The book is well-known, and its author did not mention a single word of what they attributed to him. On the contrary, he states that Jesus, peace be upon him, was raised up, just as all Muslims do. See: Chapter 2/206-228.
So please provide a clear statement of this alleged statement from him, with a reference to the part and page, otherwise let them testify against themselves - and let the Muslims testify as well - that they are liars, and the curse of God be upon the liars.
Fifth: On page 5, they referred this nonsense to Al-Alusi, may God have mercy on him. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, spoke the truth when he said: “If you have no shame, then do whatever you want.” The amazement never ends at the persistence of these misguided people in lying without shame. Al-Alusi, may God have mercy on him, confirms the belief of Muslims in this issue. Listen to his words in his interpretation, Ruh al-Ma’ani, 3/179: “And what is correct, as al-Qurtubi said, is that God Almighty raised him up without death or sleep, and this is the choice of al-Tabari and the correct narration from Ibn Abbas.”
They have referred to other modern thinkers, and I doubt that what they have mentioned is attributed to them. The Qadianis have been proven to lie a lot, and there is no need to make an effort to trace that, because if what they have attributed to them is proven to be true, then they are not among the imams to whom reference is made in such matters. This is the way of the people of whims, when they are exhausted by tricks, they go searching in the piles of mistakes and with those of obscure memory, perhaps they will find with them something that will support their crumbling structure.
I have a question that I will leave to the Qadianis alone to answer: Some of those you have named and claimed to believe in the death of Christ (peace be upon him) lived during the time of the false Qadiani prophet. What was their opinion of him? Did they see him as the Christ and the Mahdi as you claim? Or did they see him as a liar, misguided, and infidel? Let them remember that they described them as scholars of the Ummah! I am certain that they know the answer with absolute certainty.
It is stated in the letter, p. 6: (And know that most of the hadiths that have been reported regarding the Antichrist and the descent of the Messiah, son of Mary, and the signs of his appearance are only revelations and visions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and they cannot be taken literally, and most of them require interpretation. The word (son of Mary) that is mentioned in the hadith is only a descriptive name given to a pious, believing man, just as the name (the wife of Pharaoh) and (Mary, daughter of Imran) were used to describe every believer in the Glorious Qur’an.)
I say: I do not see the audacity of these people to fabricate lies about God as something strange; something is not strange from its source, but what is strange is the minds of the ignorant herds that have given their leadership to these misguided people, and accepted this slander, and God is true: (And he whom God intends to test, you will not possess for him anything from God).
Just quoting this statement is enough to spoil it.
If we assume, for the sake of argument, that most of the hadiths mentioned on this topic are revelations and visions, aren’t the visions of the prophets revelation? Or do they not believe in that?! What about the few - which are not the majority - what is their status with them?
If most of the hadiths require interpretation, what will they do with the least of them?
It has become clear to the people of faith that the religious texts have become prey to these fools; they distort, interpret, change and alter as they wish. The son of Mary in the hadith is not the well-known prophet, and the wife of Pharaoh and Mary, daughter of Imran, are descriptions of every believer!
Based on this principle, which diverts from its meaning everything that does not agree with whims, it can be said: The texts mentioned about prayer do not mean the known prayer, but rather something else, and the same applies to the texts about zakat and fasting. As for the Hajj, it is not according to its apparent meaning, and the texts about the afterlife do not mean their true meaning. Rather, the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is not meant by all the texts in which his name is mentioned, his noble self, but rather some of them mean a righteous man from his nation! Thus, Islam and its evidence became a toy in the hands of the Ahmadi Qadianis. May Allah fight them, how they lie.
Then it came in the summary of that crumbling message, p. 6: “What is meant by the descent of Jesus, son of Mary, is the mission of another man from the nation of the Chosen One, may God bless him and grant him peace, who resembles Jesus, son of Mary, in his attributes, deeds, and states. This promised one appeared in Qadian, India, under the name Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, the Imam Mahdi, and God made him like the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, peace be upon him. So he was the promised Messiah and the Imam Mahdi for the Muhammadan nation...” to the end of that nonsense.
I do not think that I need to respond to this baseless statement, as many scholars have demonstrated the falsehood of this sinful liar in his claim, and the falsehood of his followers after him. Among those good books is the book: Qadianiyyah by Sheikh Ihsan Ilahi Zaheer, may God have mercy on him.
But I will mention briefly for those who doubt him: The Truthful, the Trusted, peace be upon him, has told of the descriptions of Jesus, peace be upon him, when he descends. Did a single letter of it apply to the Liar of Qadian? Did he descend at the White Minaret east of Damascus between two angels? Did every infidel die who smelled his breath? Was the Antichrist killed? Was the cross broken? Was he a just ruler? Did he kill the pig? Did he unite people on one religion, the religion of Islam? Did money increase during his reign? Did security prevail on earth? Did he perform Hajj after his descent? Did he... There are many questions I pose to anyone who has the slightest bit of intelligence or spark of faith.
This is the end of what I wanted to comment on briefly, although a complete follow-up of what is in the message requires more elaboration, and perhaps in this haste there is enough to obtain.
O Allah, we ask You for guidance, success, and steadfastness in the matter, and to enlighten our insights and expand our chests. We also ask You to hasten the destruction of the enemies of religion, the misguided and misleading ones, and to relieve the Muslims of their evil, and to turn the circle of evil upon them. Indeed, You are capable of all things, and indeed, my Lord, I am on the straight path.
