So come to your tilth however you wish.
In the
name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. They ask you about menstruation. Say, "It is a harmful thing, so keep away from women during menstruation and do not approach them until they are pure. Then when they have purified themselves, then come to them from where Allah has ordained for you. Indeed, Allah loves those who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves. (222) Your women are a tilth unto you, so come to your tilth however you will and put forth [something] for yourselves. And fear Allah and know that you will meet Him. And give good tidings to the believers (223)Allah the Almighty said ( And they ask you about menstruation ) I want to clarify everything related to menstruation (blood + place of menstruation + time of menstruation) and this is for clarification, because they are three points connected to each other.
Is menstrual blood harmful to men and women? Yes, for both of them, because the verse confirms this... because menstrual blood is blood that contains non-living tissues and this exposes both parties to health damage, but the woman is in a state of extreme weakness in her strength and body, as evidenced by the fact that Allah the Almighty has permitted her not to fast and pray during this period, so Allah's mercy is vast upon His servants, so He commanded the man to avoid the woman during this period so as not to burden her more than she is already experiencing.
And the saying of Allah the Almighty ( So keep away from women during menstruation and do not approach them until they are pure ) ...
This clarity in meaning reveals the falsehood of the enemies of Islam, because the meaning clarifies that men should not approach them during menstruation (i.e. in the place of menstruation) ... and the word until they are pure ... confirms that what is meant is the place of menstruation and not the woman as a whole, so she is permissible for you at this time without sexual intercourse .... So what is above the navel and above the clothes is permissible.
As for the myths attributed to women during this period in the Holy Book, we have no business with them. Women are considered to be unknown to them without menstruation or with menstruation,
and purification means that they wash themselves in response to God’s legislation for them to purify themselves, not directly before washing.
God Almighty wanted to make clear to His servants that His love for those who repent to Him is similar to those who purify themselves... God Almighty loves you, O servant, to purify yourself materially and spiritually.
In view of the myths of the People of the Book, the Jews claimed that if a man came to his wife from behind, even in her vagina (with a damma on the qaf... meaning the place of intercourse), the child would be born cross-eyed (O God, squint the eyes of every stray). Because this myth is not true, God Almighty said:
Your women are a tilth unto you, so come to your tilth however you will and put forth for yourselves [righteousness]. And fear God. Know that you will meet Him, and give good tidings to the believers.
What is meant by the word “tillage”?
Tillage is the place where plants grow... God Almighty said: ( And destroys the crops and the offspring ) 205 Al-Baqarah
So, O men, approach your women in the place of tillage, meaning the place of crops, the place of planting, the planting of the child. As for the place from which the child does not grow, do not approach it.
But the Christians, due to their ignorance and failed attempts to cast doubt on the Quran, claim that the two verses contradict each other... In one verse Allah says ( Then come to them from where Allah has commanded you ) and the other verse says ( Then come to your tilth however you will ) meaning come to the woman in any place... There is no power or strength except with Allah... This is wrong
because the words of Allah the Almighty ( Your women are a tilth for you ) mean the place where the crops grow, and the crop for the woman and the man is the child, so come to her in the place that produces the child in any direction you wish... Because what came from the People of the Book is wrong and ignorant and has no basis in truth.
And the words of Allah the Almighty ( And present for yourselves )... meaning, do not take the issue as sexual enjoyment only ( as the Christians claim that marriage in Islam is for pleasure onlyRather, Allah the Almighty wants to show you, O Muslim, that the sexual process is essentially procreation... So do not take the immediate, fleeting pleasure as the goal, but rather take it for what is to come.
Oh Allah: What do we offer ourselves?
What do we do so that we do not suffer from the birth of a child?
My brother in Allah
, you must understand this process, so offer yourself something that will comfort you, and do what our Master Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) taught us: When this blessing comes and you approach your wife, you must mention Allah and say, “ O Allah, keep Satan away from me and keep Satan away from what You have provided me .”
So when a Muslim comes to his family and a child is born, Satan will have no influence over him... The scholars said: Magic cannot affect him. Why all of this?
Because my Muslim brother, when you planted him, you mentioned the source, which is Allah Almighty, and as long as you mentioned the source, the Creator, you have given your son eternal immunity, so the Creator will bless you with a righteous son. This son will pray for you and all Muslims, and he will teach his children to pray for you and all Muslims, and his children’s children will pray for you and all Muslims. The matter will continue, and your work will not stop until the Hour comes, and here you will have presented yourself with the best possible presentation.
On the contrary, a child will grow up whose father forgets to mention Allah when he interacts with his family, and his children will fall prey to the devil… God forbid.
My Muslim brother… Do not anger your Lord in any of these actions, and be careful, for you will meet Allah Almighty, so do not doubt this meeting and do not be negligent… As long as you fear Allah and are certain that you will meet Him, then all that remains for you is to be given the good news of Paradise.

Tafsir Al-Jalalayn:
223 “ Your women are a tilth for you ” meaning the place where you plant the child. “ Come to your tilth ” meaning its place, which is the vagina. “However” “ you wish ” [COLOR="red"] from standing, sitting, lying down, facing and turning away. It was revealed in response to the Jews’ saying: Whoever comes to his wife in her vagina, meaning from her anus, the child will come cross-eyed . Tafsir Al-Wahidi: “ Your women are a tilth for you ” meaning: a farm and place for the child. “ Come to your tilth however you wish ” meaning: how you wish and from where you wish after it is in one valve . So this verse was revealed to refute the Jews, because the Muslims said: We We come to women kneeling, standing, and lying down, and from in front of them, and from behind them, after the entrance is one. The Jews said: You are nothing but like animals, but we come to them in one form. And we find in the Torah that every entrance to women other than lying down is unclean before God, so God Almighty belied the Jews. " Al-Baydawi's Interpretation: 223- " Your women are a place of cultivation for you." Places of cultivation for you. He likened them to it , likening what is placed in their wombs of sperm to seeds . " Come to your place of cultivation ." That is, come to them as you come to the place of cultivation. It is like an explanation of the Almighty's saying: " Come to them from where Allah has commanded you ." " However you wish. " From any direction you wish . It was narrated (that the Jews used to say: Whoever has intercourse with his wife from behind in her vagina, her child will be cross-eyed. This was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and this was revealed.) " Fath al-Qadir Interpretation: His saying: 223- " Your women are a place of cultivation for you, so come to your place of cultivation however you wish . " The word "place of cultivation" indicates that permission only occurred in the vagina, which is the vagina in particular , since it is the place where offspring are planted, just as the place of cultivation is the place where plants grow. He likened what is placed in their wombs of sperm from which offspring is produced to what is placed in the earth of seeds from which plants are produced, with the commonality that each of them is a substance for what is produced from it, and this sentence is an explanation of the first sentence, I mean his saying : “ So have intercourse with them from where Allah has commanded you .” And his saying: “ However you wish ” means from any direction you wish, from behind, in front, kneeling, lying down, or lying down, if it is in a place of cultivation, ..... Muslim and the people of Sunan and others narrated on the authority of Anas “that when a woman among the Jews menstruated, they would expel her from the house and would not eat with her, drink with her, or have intercourse with her in the houses.”
The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about that, so Allah revealed: “And they ask you about menstruation” (verse). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Have intercourse with them in their houses and do everything except intercourse.” An-Nasa’i and Al-Bazzar narrated on the authority of Jabir that the Jews said: “Whoever has intercourse with a woman in her anus will have a cross-eyed child .” So they came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked him about that and about having intercourse with a menstruating woman, so it was revealed. ....
Tafsir Al-Tabari:
Abu Ja’far said: Allah the Almighty meant by that: “Your women are the source of your children’s crops, so come to your source of crops however you wish and wherever you wish.” What He meant by “the source of crops” is the crop, but since they are among the causes of crops, they were made a source of crops since the meaning of the words was understood. The people of interpretation said something similar to what we said about that. Mention of those who said that: Muhammad ibn Ubayd Al-Maharibi told us that Ibn Al-Mubarak told us , on the authority of Yunus, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas: “ Come to your source of crops ” he said: The place of birth of a child. Musa told me, he said, Amr told us , he said , Asbat told us, on the authority of Al-Suddi: “ Your women are a place of cultivation for you .” As for “the place of cultivation,” it is a farm in which one cultivates. Abu Ja`far said: God Almighty means by that: So marry the place of cultivation of your children from wherever you wish of the means of intercourse. And coming in this place is a metaphor for the name of sexual intercourse. The people of interpretation differed regarding the meaning of His statement: “ However you wish .” Some of them said: The meaning of His statement: “ How ” is how. Those who said that mentioned: Abu Kurayb told us , he said, Ibn `Atiyyah told us, he said, Sharik told us, on the authority of `Ata’, on the authority of Sa`id ibn Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn `Abbas: “ So come to your place of cultivation however you wish ,” he said: He comes to her however he wishes, as long as he does not come to her from her anus or during menstruation. Ahmad ibn Ishaq narrated , Abu Ahmad narrated, Sharik narrated , on the authority of Ata’, on the authority of Sa’id ibn Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, regarding his statement: “ Your women are as a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth however you will, ” meaning: Go to her however you will, facing or from behind, as long as you do not come to her in the anus or during menstruation. Ali ibn Dawud narrated, Abu Saleh narrated, Mu’awiyah narrated , on the authority of Ali, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, regarding his statement: “Go to your tilth however you will,” meaning by tilth the vagina. He said: Come to it however you will, facing or from behind, and however you wish, as long as you do not go beyond the vagina to anything else, which is His statement: “ Go to them from where Allah has ordained for you .” Ahmad ibn Ishaq al-Ahwazi narrated, Abu Ahmad narrated, Sharik narrated, on the authority of Abdul Karim, on the authority of Ikrimah, “ Go to your tilth however you will,” meaning: Come to her however you will, as long as he does not do the work of the people of Lot. Ahmad bin Ishaq told us , Abu Ahmad told us, Al-Hasan bin Saleh told us , on the authority of Laith, on the authority of Mujahid: “Go to your tilth however you wish.” He said: He may come to it however he wishes, and avoid the anus and menstruation. Ubayd Allah bin Saad told me, he said: My uncle told me, he said: My father told me, he said: Yazid told me: Ibn Ka’b used to say: His statement:Go to your tillage however you wish ."He says: Come to her lying down, standing, turning away, facing or from her back, however you wish, if he is in her vagina. Yaqub ibn Ibrahim told me, he said, Hisham told us, he said, Husayn told us, on the authority of Marra al-Hamdani, he said: I heard him narrating that a Jewish man met a Muslim man and said to him: Does one of you come to his wife while lying down? He said: Yes. He said: So he mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He said: So this verse was revealed: “Your women are a place of cultivation for you, so go to your place of cultivation however you wish,” meaning however you wish, after he is in the vagina. Bishr told us, he said, Yazid told us, he said, Sa`id told us, on the authority of Qatada, his statement: “Your women are a place of cultivation for you, so go to your place of cultivation however you wish,” if you wish standing, sitting or on your side, if he comes to her from the side from which menstruation comes, and it does not extend to anything else. Musa ibn Harun told us, he said, Amr ibn Hammad told us, he said, Asbat told us, on the authority of al-Suddi: “Go to “Your tilth as you wish.” “Go to your tilth as you wish from the front, but do not go to her from behind.” “However you wish,” he said: “However you wish.” Yunus told me, he said, Ibn Wahb told us, he said, Amr ibn al-Harith told us, on the authority of Saeed ibn Abi Hilal: that Abdullah ibn Ali told him: that he had heard that some of the companions of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, were sitting one day and a Jewish man was near them. One of them said: “I go to my wife while she is lying down.” Another said: “I go to her while she is standing.” Another said: “I go to her on her side and kneeling.” The Jew said: “You are nothing but like animals! But we only go to her in one way!” Then Allah, the Most High, revealed: “Your women are a tilth for you,” meaning the front. Others said: The meaning of “however you wish” is from wherever you wish, and in whatever direction you like. Those who said that: Sahl bin Musa al-Razi told us, he said, Ibn Abi Fadik told us, on the authority of Ibrahim bin Ismail bin Abi Habeeba al-Ashhal, on the authority of Dawud bin al-Hussain, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of Ibn Abbas: that he disliked that a woman be approached in her anus, and he said: The cultivation is from the front from which offspring and menstruation come, and he forbade approaching a woman in her anus and he said: This verse was revealed: “Your women are a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth however you will,” meaning: from any direction you will. Ibn Hamid told us, he said, Ibn Wadheeh told us, he said, al-Atki told us, on the authority of Ikrimah: “So approach your tilth however you will,” he said: her back to her stomach, not in a squint - meaning the anus. Ubaydullah bin Saad told us, he said, my uncle told me, he said, my father told me, on the authority of Yazid, [on the authority of al-Harith bin Ka’b], on the authority of Muhammad bin Ka’b, he said: Ibn Abbas used to say: Water your plants from where they grow. Narrated on the authority of Ammar, he said: Ibn Abi Jaafar narrated to us, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ar-Rabi’, regarding his statement: “Then go to your tilth however you wish ,” meaning: from wherever you wish. It was mentioned to us - and Allah knows best - that the Jews said: The Arabs approach women from their backsides, and if they do that, the child is born cross-eyed. So Allah proved their story false and said: “Your women are your tilth, so go to your tilth however you wish.” Al-Qasim narrated to us, he said: Al-Husayn narrated to us, he said: Hajjaj narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Mujahid, he said: He says: Go to women from [other than] their backsides in every way. Ibn Jurayj said: I heard Ata’ bin Abi Rabah say: We discussed this in the presence of Ibn Abbas, and Ibn Abbas said: Go to them from wherever you wish, from the front and from the back. A man said: As if this is permissible! Ata’ denied that this should be like this, and he denied it, as if he only meant the vagina, from the front and from the back in the vagina. Others said that the meaning of his statement: “ However you wish ” is whenever you wish. Who said that: I was told by Hussein bin Al-FarajHe said, I heard Abu Muadh Al-Fadl bin Khalid say, Ubaid bin Sulaiman told us, I heard Ad-Dahhak say about His statement, “Then go to your tilth however you wish,” meaning: whenever you wish. Yunus bin Abdul A’la told me, he said, Ibn Wahb told us, he said, Abu Sakhr told us, on the authority of Abu Mu’awiyah Al-Bajali - who is Ammar Ad-Dahni - on the authority of Sa’id bin Jubayr that he said: While Mujahid and I were sitting with Ibn Abbas, a man came to him and stood over his head and said: O Abu Abbas - or: O Abu Al-Fadl - will you not explain to me the verse about menstruation? He said: Yes! So he recited: “ And they ask you about menstruation ” until he reached the end of the verse, and Ibn Abbas said: From where the blood came, that is why you were commanded to come. So the man said to him: O Abu Al-Fadl, what about the verse that follows it: “Your women are a place of sowing for you, so go to your place of sowing however you wish,” so he said: Yes! Woe to you! And in the anus is a place of sowing!! If what you say were true, then menstruation would have been abrogated! If he works from here, I come from here! But: Wherever you are, night and day. Others said: Rather, the meaning of this is: Wherever you want, and wherever you want. Mention of those who said this:
Yaqub told me, he said, Hisham told us, he said, Ibn Awn told us, on the authority of Nafi’, he said, Ibn Umar did not speak when the Qur’an was recited. He said: So one day I recited this verse: “ Your women are as a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth however you wish.” He said: Do you know about whom this verse was revealed? I said: No! He said: It was revealed about approaching women from behind. Yaqub told me, Ibn Ulayyah told us, Ibn Awn told us, on the authority of Nafi’, he said: I recited one day: “ Your women are as a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth however you wish.” Ibn Umar said: Do you know about whom it was revealed? I said: No! He said: It was revealed about approaching women from behind. Ibrahim bin Abdullah bin Muslim Abu Muslim told me, he said, Abu Omar Al-Dareer told us, he said, Ismail bin Ibrahim, the owner of Al-Karabis told us, on the authority of Ibn Awn, on the authority of Nafi’, he said: I was holding the Mushaf for Ibn Omar, when he recited this verse: “Your women are a place of sowing for you, so go to your place of sowing however you wish.” He said: That he should have intercourse with her from behind. Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah bin Abdul Hakam told me, he said, Abdul Malik bin Muslima told us, he said, Al-Darawardi told us, he said, It was said to Zaid bin Aslam: Muhammad bin Al-Munkadir forbids having intercourse with women from behind. Zaid said: I bear witness that Muhammad told me that he does it. Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah bin Abdul Hakam told me, he said, Abu Zaid Abdul Rahman bin Ahmad bin Abi Al-Ghamr told us, he said, Abdul Rahman bin Al-Qasim told me, on the authority of Malik bin Anas that it was said to him: O Abu Abdullah, people narrate from Salim: The slave, or: the foreigner, lied about my father!! Malik said: I bear witness that Yazid ibn Ruman told me, on the authority of Salim ibn Abdullah, on the authority of Ibn Umar, the same as Nafi’ said. It was said to him: Al-Harith ibn Ya’qub narrates on the authority of Abu al-Habbab Sa’id ibn Yasar that he asked Ibn Umar, saying: O Abu Abd al-Rahman, we buy female slaves and we protect them for them? He said: What is al-Tahmidh? He said: The anus. Ibn Umar said: Ugh! Ugh! A believer would do that! - or he said: A Muslim! - Malik said: I bear witness on the authority of Rabi’ah that he told me on the authority of Abu al-Habbab, on the authority of Ibn Umar, the same as Nafi’ said: Muhammad ibn Ishaq told me, he said: Amr ibn Tariq told us, he said: Yahya ibn Ayyub told us, on the authority of Musa ibn Ayyub al-Ghafiqi, he said: I said to Abu Majid al-Ziyadi: Nafi’ narrates on the authority of Ibn Umar about a woman’s anus. He said: Nafi’ lied! I was in the company of Ibn Umar and Nafi’ was a slave, and I heard him say: I have not looked at my wife’s vagina for such and such a time. Abu Qilabah told me, he said: Abd al-Samad told us, he said: My father told me, on the authority of Ayoub, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar: “Go to your tillage however you wish ,” he said: In the anus. Abu Muslim told me, he said: Abu Umar al-Dharee’ told us, he said: Yazid ibn Zurai’ told us, he said: Ruh ibn al-Qasim told us, on the authority of Qatada, he said:Abu Darda was asked about having intercourse with women in their backsides. He said: Would anyone but an infidel do that ? Ruh said: I witnessed Ibn Abi Malekah being asked about that and he said: I wanted to do it with my slave girl last night but it was too difficult for me, so I used some oil or lard. He said: I said to him, Glory be to Allah!! Qatada told us that Abu Darda said: Would anyone but an infidel do that? He said: May Allah curse you and may Qatada curse! I said: I will never narrate anything from you! Then I regretted it after that. Abu Ja`far said: Those who said this statement based their statement on what they said, which was narrated to me by Muhammad ibn `Abdullah ibn `Abd al-Hakam who said: Abu Bakr ibn Abi Uways al-A`sha told us, on the authority of Sulayman ibn Bilal, on the authority of Zayd ibn Aslam, on the authority of Ibn `Umar: That a man came to his wife from behind and felt that way, so Allah revealed : “ Your wives are a place of tilth unto you, so go to your place of tilth however you wish . ” Yunus told me, he said, Ibn Nafi’ told me, on the authority of Hisham ibn Sa’d, on the authority of Zayd ibn Aslam, on the authority of Ata’ ibn Yasar: That a man had intercourse with his wife in her anus during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. The people disapproved of that and said, “I have made her lose her ! ” Then Allah, the Most High, revealed: “Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will.” Others said: The meaning of that is: Go to your tilth however you will – if you wish, then practice coitus interruptus, and if you wish, then do not. Those who said that: Ahmad ibn Ishaq told us, he said, Abu Ahmad told us, he said, Al-Hasan ibn Salih told us, on the authority of Laith, on the authority of ‘Isa ibn Sinan, on the authority of Sa’id ibn Al-Musayyab: “ Go to your tilth when or how ye will.” If you wish, then practice coitus interruptus, and if you wish, then do not. Abu Kurayb told us, he said, Waki’ told us, on the authority of Yunus, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Zaydah ibn ‘Umair, on the authority of Ibn ‘Abbas, who said: If you wish, then coitus interruptus, and if you wish, then do not. Abu Ja`far said: As for those who said: The meaning of His statement: “ However you wish ” is how you wish, whether from the front or from the back , they said: The verse was revealed in response to the objection of a group of Jews who objected to approaching women from the front instead of from the back. They said: In that is evidence of the correctness of what we said, that the meaning of that is as we said. They based their statement on what they said with what :
Abu Kurayb narrated to me, he said: Al-Maharibi narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, on the authority of Abaan ibn Salih, on the authority of Mujahid, he said: I presented the Qur’an to Ibn `Abbas three times, from the beginning to the end, stopping at each verse and asking him about it, until I reached this verse: “Your women are a tilth unto you, so go to your tilth however you wish . ” Ibn `Abbas said : This tribe of Quraysh used to approach women in Mecca and take pleasure in them, whether from the front or from the back. When they arrived in Madinah, they married into the Ansar tribe. They went to do with them what they used to do with women in Makkah, but they disapproved of that and said: This is something we have never done before! The hadith spread until it reached the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Allah the Almighty revealed concerning that : “Your women are as a tilth unto you, so go to your tilth however you wish.” If you wish, then from the front, and if you wish, then from the back, and if you wish, then from the back. What is meant by that is the place where the child is to be tilted. He says: Go to the tilth from wherever you wish. Abu Kurayb told us, he said: Yunus ibn Bakir told us, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Ishaq, with his chain of transmission similar to it. Muhammad ibn Bashar told us, he said: Ibn Mahdi told us, he said: Sufyan told us, on the authority of Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, he said: I heard Jabir say: The Jews used to say: If a man has intercourse with his wife in her vagina from behind, his child will be cross-eyed. Then Allah the Almighty revealed: “ Your women are as a tilth unto you, so go to your tilth however you wish .”
“Mujahid bin Musa narrated to us, Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, Al-Thawri narrated to us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Al-Munkadir, on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, who said: The Jews said: If a man comes to his wife in her vagina from her anus, and they have a child, he will be cross-eyed. Then Allah, the Most High, revealed: “Your wives are as a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth however you wish . ” Abu Kurayb narrated to us, he said: Abd Al-Rahim bin Sulayman narrated to us, on the authority of Abd Allah bin Uthman bin Khathim, on the authority of Abd Al-Rahman bin Sabit, on the authority of Hafsah bint Abd Al-Rahman bin Abi Bakr, on the authority of Umm Salamah, the wife of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: A man married a woman and wanted to have intercourse with her, but she refused him, and said: Until I ask the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Umm Salamah said: So she mentioned that to me, and Umm Salamah mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he said : Send to her.” When she came, the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) recited to her : "Your women are as a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth when or how you will," one valve, one valve. Abu Kurayb narrated to us, he said: Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, on the authority of Sufyan, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Uthman, on the authority of Ibn Sabit, on the authority of Hafsa bint Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr, on the authority of Umm Salamah, she said: The Muhajirun came and married among the Ansar, and they used to come, but the Ansar did not do that, so a woman said to her husband: Until I go to the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and ask him about that! So she went to the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and she was too shy to ask him, so I asked, so the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) called her and recited to her: "Your women are as a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth when or how you will," one valve, one valve. Ahmad ibn Ishaq narrated to me, he said: Abu Ahmad narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Uthman, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman ibn Sabit, on the authority of Hafsa bint Abd al-Rahman, on the authority of Umm Salamah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in a similar manner. Ibn Bashar and Ibn Al-Muthanna told us, they said, Ibn Mahdi told us, he said, Sufyan Ath-Thawri told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Uthman bin Khathim, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Sabit, on the authority of Hafsah bint Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Umm Salamah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, regarding his statement: “Your women are as a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth however you wish ,” he said: One valve, one valve. Muhammad bin Muammar Al-Bahrani told me, he said, Yaqub bin Ishaq Al-Hadrami told us, he said, Wahib told me, he said, Abdullah bin Uthman told me, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Sabit, he said: I said to Hafsah, I want to ask you about something, but I am too shy to ask you. She said, Ask, my son, whatever you wish! He said: I said, I am asking you about intercourse with women in their backsides? She said: Umm Salamah told me: The Ansar did not collect taxes, and the Muhajireen used to hide them. Then a man from the Muhajireen married a woman from the Ansar. Then he mentioned something like the hadith of Abu Kurayb, on the authority of Muawiyah bin Hisham. Ibn Al-Muthanna told us, he said: Wahb bin Jarir told us, he said: Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Ibn Al-Munkadir, he said: I heard Jabir bin Abdullah say: The Jews used to say: If a man comes to his wife while she is blessed, the child will be born cross-eyed. So this verse was revealed : “Your wives are as a tilth unto you, so go to your tilth when or how you will .” Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Abdullah Al-Tusi told me, he said: Al-Hasan bin Musa told us, he said: Ya’qub Al-Qummi told us, on the authority of Ja’far, on the authority of Sa’id bin Jubayr, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: “Umar came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: O Messenger of God, I am ruined!! He said: What ruined you? He said: I turned my saddle tonight!” He said: So he did not answer him anything. He said: Then God revealed this verse to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace :“Your women are your tilth, so go to your tilth however you wish . ” Come forward and back, and avoid the anus and menstruation .
Zakariya bin Yahya Al-Masry narrated to us, Abu Saleh Al-Harrani narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, on the authority of Yazid bin Abi Habib, that Amir bin Yahya informed him, on the authority of Hanash Al-San'ani, on the authority of Ibn Abbas: Some people from Himyar came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, asking him about some things. A man among them said: O Messenger of Allah, I am a man who loves women, so what is your opinion on that? So Allah, the Most High, revealed in Surat Al-Baqarah what they asked about, and revealed among what the man asked about : “Your women are as a tilth unto you, so approach your tilth however or however you wish.” So the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Go to her, facing or from behind, if that is in the vagina.” Abu Ja`far said: The correct statement regarding that, in our view, is the statement of those who said: The meaning of his statement: “However you wish” is from any aspect you wish. That is because “how” in the speech of the Arabs is a word that, when it begins a speech, indicates a question about aspects and methods. So it is as if the speaker says to a man: How did you get this money? He means: From which aspects did you get it ? Therefore, the respondent answers by saying: [from such and such], as the Almighty said, informing about Zachariah in his question to Mary: “How did you get this? She said, ‘It is from Allah’” [Al Imran: 37]. It is similar to where and how in meaning, and therefore their meanings overlap, so “ where” became confusing to its listeners and interpreters, until some of them interpreted it to mean: where, some to mean: how, and others to mean: when - and it is different from all of that in its meaning, and they have differences. That is because where is an interrogative letter about places and locations - and the difference in the meanings of these letters is only proven by the difference in the answers to them. Do you not see that if a questioner asked another and said: Where is your money? He would say: In such and such a place, and if he said to him: Where is your brother? The answer would be to say: In such and such a town or in such and such a place, so he answers him with the news about the place he asked him about. So it is known that where is a question about the place. And if someone said to another: How are you? He would have said: “Good,” or “well,” or “in good health,” and he would have told him about his current condition. Then he would know that “how” is a question about the condition of the person being asked about. If he had said to him: “How does Allah revive this dead person?”, the answer would have been: “From such and such a perspective,” so he would describe a statement similar to what Allah, the Most High, described to the one who said: “How does Allah revive this person after his death?” [Al-Baqarah: 259], an action when He resurrected him after his death. Poets have distinguished between that in their poems. Al-Kumait bin Zaid said: “
Remember from where and from where he drank it, ordering his soul like a camel that attacks. ” He
also said:
“From where and from where did the ecstasy come to you?” From where there is no passion or doubt. So “from where” comes to ask about the aspect, and “where” comes to ask about the place. It is as if he said: From which aspect and from which place did the ecstasy return to you?” What indicates the corruption of the statement of those who interpreted the statement of Allah the Most High: “ Then go to your tilth however you wish” as “how you wish” or interpreted it to mean: wherever you wish, or whenever you wish, or where you wish, is that if someone were to say to another: “How can we come to your family?”, the answer would be to say: from the front, or from the back, as Allah the Most High informed us about Mary, when she was asked: “How did you get this?” She said: “It is from Allah.” Since that is the answer, it is known that the meaning of the statement of Allah the Most High: “Then go to your tilth however you wish” is: “Then go to your tilth from wherever you wish, from all directions of coming.” And that other interpretations of the verse have no interpretation. Since that is the correct view, then the error of the statement of those who claimed that His statement : “ Then go to your tilth however you wish ” is clear.Evidence of the permissibility of approaching women in the anus. Because the anus is not a place to be cultivated, but God Almighty said: “A place of cultivation for you” so approach the place of cultivation from whichever direction you wish. And which place of cultivation is in the anus so it is said: Go to him from his side? And what we have explained is the correctness of the meaning of what was narrated on the authority of Jabir and Ibn Abbas: that this verse was revealed regarding what the Jews used to say to the Muslims: If a man comes to a woman from her anus in her vagina, the child will be born cross-eyed.
