Islamic stoning or Western stoning..which is fairer?

 Adultery is one of the most heinous of indecencies and the greatest of sins. God has linked it to polytheism and killing innocent people (And those who do not invoke with God another deity or kill the soul which God has forbidden, except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty. The punishment will be doubled for him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated.) (Al-Furqan: 70).

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “A fornicator does not commit fornication while he is a believer.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim

. Because of the great heinousness of this crime, Allah has prescribed the punishment of stoning for the one who commits it if he is married (he knows the way to being married and is able to do so), and flogging one hundred lashes if he is not married.

However, Islam has imposed strict controls and conditions for proving the crime of fornication. It can only be proven with four just witnesses, and this can hardly be proven except by public display of immorality and contempt . Fornication can only be proven by the appearance of pregnancy if there is no doubt and no claim of rape or coercion, according to the most correct opinion.


If a person accuses a woman or a man of fornication, he must produce four witnesses. If he does not do so , he is flogged eighty lashes and his testimony will not be accepted forever.


The punishment of stoning was prescribed by Allah to deter, intimidate and protect His servants. The desire to commit fornication may be strongly aroused, and if the fear of God does not divert it, then merely imagining this punishment will extinguish this satanic desire to commit this heinous crime, thus preserving God’s sacred limits, the husband remains faithful to his wife, the wife remains faithful to her husband, the family remains harmonious, the children enjoy their lives, honor is preserved, and people are safe from sexual diseases, illegitimate children, crimes, divorce, and suffering.


The answer for Christians and Jews: The Torah also legislated the killing of the adulterer and adulteress, and therefore criticizing this punishment is criticizing this book, and this is something that no Christian or Jew who believes in his religion should accept. In fact, according to the provisions of the Holy Book, if a man accuses his new wife of not being a virgin, the wife’s father and mother must provide evidence that she was a virgin, otherwise the wife will be stoned to death! While in Islam, the wife can invalidate the accusation by simply presenting her testimony. If a man takes a wife and when he enters upon her he hates her, attributes to her reasons for speaking ill of her, spreads a bad name about her and says: I took this woman, and when I approached her I found no excuse for her. Then the father and mother of the damsel shall take the token of her virginity to the elders of the city at the gate... But if this thing be true, there shall be no virginity found in the damsel. They shall bring the damsel out to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die, because she hath committed an abomination in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house. So shalt thou put away evil from among you. (Deuteronomy 22:13-21) Rather, the punishment of stoning in the distorted Torah is carried out simply for disobedience: And if a man has a disobedient and rebellious son










He will not listen to his father or his mother, and they will discipline him, but he will not listen. Then his father and mother will seize him and bring him out to the elders of the city where he lives and say to them, “This son of ours is disobedient and rebellious; he does not listen to our voices, and he is a glutton and a drinker.” Then all the men of his city will stone him to death . (Deuteronomy 21:18-21)

It is truly astonishing that Westerners believe that it is unjust to kill the perpetrator of the crime of adultery, while they believe that it is just to kill the innocent child born of this adultery!!

It seems that the secularists of the West were impressed by the Christian doctrine of crucifixion and redemption , so they expanded its applications!!

With the doctrine of crucifixion and redemption, Christians were able to justify the killing of the noble Prophet Jesus Christ, peace be upon him, who was the purest and best of people in his time, for a sin committed by someone else. Therefore, it will not be difficult for the secularists of the West to use the same doctrine to justify the killing of those millions of innocent children for the sins of their fathers who committed adultery! They will say: These children are no better than Christ, who was killed because of the sin of someone else!


Christians claim:

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)

.. Christ died for our sins .. (1 Corinthians 15:3)


And the secularists want to apply it like this:

For God so loved the adulterer and the adulteress, that He gave their only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish by stoning, but have eternal life

.. Our Son died for our sins ..

Then they make a big fuss if just one adulterer is stoned in an Islamic country!! Isn't it truly unjust that innocent children are killed for a crime committed by their parents, and the criminals are left unpunished! Isn't this the height of brutality and cruelty! Don't the lives of these children have any sanctity... Don't they have the right to life like everyone else! That's their democracy,












Because children cannot defend themselves and cannot speak, they are accused of adultery and killed! What a barbarity!

Western democracy is like two wolves and a sheep voting on who to have for lunch. Or two human wolves and a fetus resulting from their adultery voting on who should be killed for the crime of adultery!

If they applied God's law:

In severe cases ofgangrene,doctorsamputatethe affected part to save the rest of the body. Is this injustice or cruelty?

Of course not!

Because amputating the affected part is less harmful than leaving the rest of the body to perish!

In the same way, the death of the adultereris less harmfulthan the terrible consequences of the spread of adultery.


In the United States of America, currently,more than 65 million people are infected with sexually transmitted diseasesthat cannot be treated! There are also 15 million new infections annually.

Will the rates of AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases not drop dramatically? Will millions of people

not be saved from suffering, pain and death

Will not the condition of those millions of miserable, wretched faces, exhausted by sexual diseases, betrayals, divorce, separation, orphanhood and disintegration , be transformed into bright, safe and happy faces ?
