Ibn Kathir’s interpretation of the above verse:
His saying: “ Then kindle for me, O Haman, upon the clay, and make a tower that I may look down upon the God of Moses.” He means that he ordered his minister Haman, the manager of his subjects and the advisor of his state, to kindle for him upon the clay, meaning that he should make bricks for himself to build the tower. ******* The technique of building with baked clay is a technique that the Pharaohs of Egypt used centuries before the advent of Islam. Question: How could the Noble Messenger - if he was the author of the Qur’an, as the idol worshippers falsely claim - know this very precise information that remained unknown for centuries before modern excavations revealed it??? Secrets of the Pyramids

Scientists have always been baffled and unable to uncover the secrets of their construction... People have always viewed them as a perplexing mystery... and writers have always woven myths and fictional stories around them... But the truth has finally begun to emerge through modern scientific research... They are the pyramids.
New research says that the pyramids were built from mud and heat! What is amazing is that the Quran referred to this fact very clearly and on the tongue of Pharaoh... But before that, let us consider what scientists have recently discovered.
In its issue dated December 1, 2006 , the American Times newspaper published scientific news confirming that the Pharaohs used clay to build the pyramids! The American-French study says that the stones from which the pyramids were made were cast in wooden molds and treated with heat until they took on a semi-natural shape.
Scientists say that the Pharaohs were skilled in chemistry and clay processing, and the method they used was secret and they did not allow anyone to see it or write it down on the tablets they left behind. Professor Gilles Hug and Professor Michel Barsoum confirm that the Great Pyramid of Giza was made of two types of stones, natural stones and man-made stones.
In the research published in the Journal of the American Ceramic Society, it is confirmed that the Pharaohs used slurry to build high edifices in general, and the pyramids in particular. Because it is not possible for a human being to lift a stone weighing thousands of kilograms, this is what made the Pharaohs use natural stones to build the base of the pyramid, and clay cast in molds for the high stones.
Fireplace -treated limestone was mixed with salt and the water was evaporated, forming a clay-like mixture. This mixture would be carried in wooden molds and poured into the designated place on the pyramid wall.
Professor Davidovits subjected the stones of the Great Pyramid to electron microscopic analysis and found traces of a rapid reaction, confirming that the stones were made of clay. Although geologists until recently were unable to distinguish between natural stone and stone made in this way, today they are able to distinguish between them thanks to modern technology. Therefore, this professor rebuilt a huge stone in this way in ten days.
As confirmed by the Belgian scientist Guy Demortier, who for a long time doubted such research, he says: After many years of research and study, I am now certain that the pyramids in Egypt were made in this clay method.
The Pharaohs used a huge number of stones in building the pyramids, around 2-2.8 million stones. The new study says that some Egyptian archaeologists denied the new scientific evidence, and claimed that the ancient Egyptians had the ability to lift millions of stones, some of which weighed five or six thousand kilograms!!! French Professor Joseph Davidovits conducted several experiments over twenty years and discovered that the pyramids were built of clay, especially the high parts of the pyramid where it is difficult to lift natural stones.

Extensive research was conducted on the Bosnian pyramids, the "Pyramids of the Sun", and it was found that their stones were made of clay! This confirms that this method was widespread in the past. (A picture of the pyramid stone).

The miracle of the Qur’an and its scientific precedence
The Qur’an has referred in one of its verses to the reality of building the pyramids and other tall buildings, in the words of Allah the Almighty: “And Pharaoh said, ‘O eminent ones, I know of no god for you other than me. So ignite for me, O Haman, upon the clay, and make for me a tower that I may look up to the god of Moses. And indeed, I think he is one of the liars .’” [Al-Qasas: 38] In this verse there is a reference to the construction technique used for tall buildings, which are towers, in the words of Allah the Almighty: “ So make for me a tower .” In the language, a tower is any tall building.
This technique depends on clay and heat, as God Almighty says: ( So kindle for me, O Haman, upon the clay )... Glory be to God! There is evidence that the huge statues and columns that we find in the Roman civilization and others were also built from clay! It can be said that the miracle of the Quran is that it indicated a way to build monuments from clay, and this was not known at the time of the revelation of the Quran, meaning that the idea of building pyramids, monuments, statues and other ancient monuments from clay was not proposed until the late twentieth century, but the Quran had proposed it fourteen centuries before! But why did it link it to Pharaoh, because the greatest buildings built from clay are the pyramids!
Who told the Holy Prophet about this?
Pharaoh may not have built his own pyramid because he drowned, but he used engineering technology for construction when he made a high structure and then God destroyed it afterwards. Thus, and for the sake of scientific integrity, the Quran is the first book to reveal the secret of building the pyramids, not the scientists of America and France. The question is:
We know that the Noble Prophet did not go to Egypt and did not see the pyramids, and perhaps did not even hear about them... The story of the Pharaoh happened thousands of years before the time of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and no one on Earth at that time knew anything about the secrets of the pyramids... Scientists did not confirm that the Pharaohs used clay and heat to build the tall structures until a few years ago, so how did the Noble Prophet predict more than 1400 years ago that the Pharaoh used clay and heat to build the structure...
This verse strongly attests that Muhammad did not bring anything of his own accord, but rather that God Almighty, who created Pharaoh, drowned him, and saved our master Moses... is the one who informed his prophet of this scientific fact, so that this verse would be a witness to the truth of his prophethood in this era!!

This is a Non-argument. As the Indians, South Arabians, Ancient Americans, Europeans, etc, used baked clay in construction. Yemen has a famous city called "Thamud" which is famous for it's 5 centuries old sky-scrapers made from baked clay/mud, they're technically the oldest surviving sky-scrapers
