And God said (your Lord) with the letter of address and did not say God inspired the bee, in it is a great indication that there is a connection between the human being who Allah addresses him, and between Allah’s inspiration to the bee, it is as if He is saying to the human being whom He is addressing, and between Allah’s inspiration to the bee, it is as if He is saying to the human being: Allah, your Lord, who created you and who knows your characteristics and your composition, and knows your outward and inward, inspired the bee...

Indeed, in concluding the verse with the statement (
Indeed in that is a sign for a people who give thought
), there is an indication of the importance of using the mind to think and reflect on the work of the bee and its livelihood and what it harvests of drink, as that is one of the great blessings of Allah, as He made this small insect a factory for producing the sweetest foods and most effective medicines.
Qatada and Abd al-Rahman ibn Zayd ibn Aslam, may Allah have mercy on them, said:
(So follow the ways of your Lord submissively)
meaning: obedient. So they made it a state of the one who follows. Ibn Zayd said: It is like the statement of Allah, the Most High:
(And We have made them submissive to them, so some of them they ride and some of them they eat)
[Ya Seen: 72] He said: Do you not see that they move the bees from their homes from one country to another, and they accompany them?
This is how Ibn Majah narrated it. His statement: “There is no mixing among them” means: there is no mixing. His statement: “They prevent the neighbor from being oppressed” [meaning oppressing and wronging him].
Ibn Majah, may God have mercy on him, said:

meaning: In God’s inspiration to these weak-born animals to undertake this task and to gather all fruits, then to collect them for wax and honey, which are among the best things,
