Reply to the doubt: The Messenger of Islam has intercourse with a menstruating woman
O Allah, bless our master Muhammad among the first and bless him among the last and bless him, O our Lord, in the highest assembly until the Day of Judgment. O Allah, bless and increase and grant blessings upon our master and beloved Muhammad and upon his family and companions and grant them
peace. It seems that the one who raises the doubt is ignorant of the meaning of the word, since the intended meaning of intercourse, as is clear from the hadith, is direct contact over the lower garment, and forbidden intercourse is direct contact in the vagina .
So His statement: { So keep away from women during menstruation } means in the vagina , because He said: “ Do everything except intercourse .” For this reason, many scholars, or most of them, have held that it is permissible to have direct contact with a menstruating woman except in the vagina . [1]
Abu Dawud said : Musa ibn Ismail told us, Hammad told us, on the authority of Ayoub, on the authority of Ikrimah, on the authority of some of the wives of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that when the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, wanted to do something to a menstruating woman, he would throw a garment over her vagina . [2] He threw a garment
over her vagina
He threw a garment over her vagina He threw a garment
over her vagina
And he said: Abu Ja`far ibn Jarir narrated to us, Ibn Bashar narrated to us, `Abd al-Wahhab narrated to us, Ayyub narrated to us from the book of Abu Qilabah: That Masruq rode to `Aisha and said: Peace be upon the Prophet and his family. `Aisha said: Abu `Aisha! Welcome, welcome. So they gave him permission and he entered and said: I want to ask you about something, and I am shy. She said: I am only your mother, and you are my son. He said: What does a man have of his wife when she is menstruating ? She said : He has everything except her vagina . [3]
Also:
Ibn Jarir narrated also, on the authority of Abu Kurayb, on the authority of Ibn Abi Zaydah, on the authority of Hajjaj, on the authority of Maymun ibn Mihran, on the authority of `Aisha, who said: He has what is above the izar .
His saying: “ And it is forbidden to have intercourse with her in the vagina ,” meaning it is forbidden to have intercourse with a menstruating woman in her vagina . Haram : is what is forbidden by way of obligation to be abandoned.
Its ruling: The one who abandons it will be rewarded for complying , and the one who does it will deserve punishment. The evidence for the prohibition of intercourse with a menstruating woman in the vagina is : 1- The Almighty’s saying: { And they ask you about menstruation. Say, “It is a harmful thing, so keep away from women during menstruation, and do not approach them until they are pure .} [Al-Baqarah: 222] . Menstruation is the place and time of menstruation, meaning: in its time and place, which is the vagina . So as long as she is menstruating , intercourse with her in the vagina is prohibited . [4] The fourth issue: What is forbidden due to menstruation and postpartum bleeding: The following are forbidden due to menstruation and postpartum bleeding : 1- Intercourse in the vagina : According to the Almighty’s saying: ( So keep away from women during menstruation and do not approach them until they are pure
) [Al-Baqarah: 222]. The Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - said when it was revealed: ( Do everything except intercourse ) [5] .
And his saying, may God bless him and grant him peace, when this verse was revealed: ( Do everything except intercourse ) [6] , meaning: except intercourse . [7]
So from the hadiths of the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - it becomes clear to us that he used to touch the menstruating woman fromabove the izarandnever touched the vagina, so touching the vagina iswhat is forbiddenaccording to the Qur’anic text and the noble hadith, and it is impossible for the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - to do what he forbade.
So the Christian’s suspicion goes with it and throws it in the nearest trash can in the same place where he agreed to throw his mind and conscience.
End..

On the authority
of Aisha, she said: When one of us was menstruating , the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, would order her to wrap herself in a garment , then he would have intercourse with her. Sahih Muslim.
The text is clear and does not need a response.
So, by God, O people of reason, would one of them have intercourse with a woman in her vagina while she is covering herself?
By God, think a little.
