It is the story of the struggle between man and Satan. Adam and his descendants came down to earth to confront Satan’s plot and his persistence in misleading the children of Adam. Satan armed himself with various weapons, including:

1- His ability to adorn and tempt .
2- Lying and deceit
. 3- This enemy sees us while we do not see him
. 4- His ability to take different forms.

Satan’s ultimate goal for all human beings is for them to go to Hell. If Satan does not achieve his goal and is unable to make people disbelievers, he does not despair, but is content with some forms of temptation and negligence.

Satan pursues man throughout his life and even during his sleep. Man is not safe from Satan’s control. He controls him before and during sleep to prevent him from praying the night prayers, performing Tahajjud, and drawing closer to Allah.

It was narrated that Iblis said: He said: “Then by Your might, I will surely mislead them all - except for Your chosen servants among them.” He said: “Then the truth, and the truth I say, is that I will fill Hell with you and those of them who follow you, all together.” (Surat Sad)
