Is a menstruating woman impure

36570 - On the authority of Anas ibn Malik that when a woman among the Jews menstruated, they would expel her from the house and not eat with her, drink with her, or have intercourse with her in the house. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was asked about that, so Allah, the Most High, revealed: (And they ask you about menstruation. Say: It is a harmful thing, so keep away from women during menstruation) to the end of the verse. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace , said: Have intercourse with them in the houses and do everything except intercourse. The Jews said: This man does not want to leave anything of our affair without contradicting us in it. So Asid ibn Hudayr and Ubad ibn Bishr came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and they said: O Messenger of Allah, the Jews say such and such, so should we not have intercourse with them during menstruation? The face of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, became red until we thought that he was angry with them. They went out and a gift of milk was brought to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and he sent after them, but we thought that he was not angry with them.

- The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and I would spend the night in one garment while I was menstruating. If something of me got on him, he would wash the place where it had been and not repeat it, then he would pray in it. If something of me got on his garment, he would wash the place where it had been and not repeat it, then he would pray in it

So it is permissible for a menstruating woman to touch anything without that thing becoming impure, including her husband and the marital bed. Rather, it is permissible to eat with her, touch her, and kiss her. Only intercourse is prohibited. The meaning of menstruating is in a state of menstruation, and it is not understood from this that she bleeds every second during her menstrual period.

It is understood from direct contact that intercourse during a period other than menstruation, i.e. thighing , but only that your skin touches her skin on the condition that she covers her vagina. Who knows? Menstrual blood may flow at any moment. This is the statement of Aisha. If any semen gets on him, he should wash the place where it was.
What supports and strengthens this understanding is

117954 - On the authority of Aisha, who said: If one of us was menstruating, and the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, wanted to have intercourse with her, he would order her to cover her waistband during her period , then he would have intercourse with her. She said: Which of you controls his sexual desire, as the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, controlled his sexual desire.
Narrator: Aisha - Summary of the degree: Authentic - Narrator: Al-Bukhari - Source: Al-Jami` Al-Sahih - Page or number: 302
It is understood from this that even thighing is forbidden.. So direct contact or intercourse, i.e. sleeping in the marital bed with the wife, and it may be without marriage, is not intercourse.. So you can sleep on the thigh of your menstruating wife and touch most of your body, including her thigh, with the intention of wearing a belt - as a precaution -

Is a menstruating woman impure in the Bible? Yes.

Leviticus 15
And the woman with whom a man lies in a sodomy --that is, there is sexual intercourse --they shall bathe in water and be unclean until the evening. 19 And if a woman has a discharge, and her discharge is blood in her flesh, she shall be in her impurity for seven days; and whoever touches her shall be unclean until the evening. 20 And everything she lies on during her impurity shall be unclean, and whatever she sits on shall be unclean. 21 And whoever touches her bed shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until the evening. 22 And whoever touches anything she sits on shall wash his clothes and bathe in water and be unclean until the evening. 23 And if he is on the bed or on anything she sits on when he touches it, he shall be unclean until the evening. 24 And if a man lies with her, and her impurity is upon him, he shall be unclean seven days, and every bed on which he lies shall be unclean. 25 And if a woman has a discharge of blood for many days, other than the time of her impurity, or if it is discharged after her impurity, all the days of her discharge of uncleanness shall be as the days of her impurity; she shall be unclean. 26 Every bed on which she lies, all the days of her discharge, shall be to her as the bed of her impurity, and all the things on which she sits shall be unclean, as the uncleanness of her impurity. 27 And whoever touches them shall be unclean; he shall wash his clothes and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening.

Not only shall everything be unclean, but also note with me:
And if a man lies with her, and her impurity is upon him, he shall be unclean seven days. That is, this religion or sect permits lying with a menstruating woman, the sodomy of intercourse, and there is no harm, only it becomes unclean.

For every sin there is an expiation - such as breaking the fast one day in Ramadan, provided that one does not insist - It may happen that the husband has intercourse with his wife - in violation of the divine text to avoid women during menstruation - so here he must expiate with charity, and charity extinguishes the wrath of the Lord.. There are those who saw that expiation is for the one who did it intentionally only once, but

Part Four

2432] And on the authority of Abu Ja’far, on the authority of Abdul Karim bin Abi Al-Mukhariq, on the authority of Muqsim, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, regarding a man who had intercourse with his wife while she was menstruating, he said: If it was thick blood, then let him give a dinar in charity, and if there was yellowness in it, then half a dinar.
It appears that the person did not do it intentionally, meaning that the wife did not menstruate except at the moment of marital intercourse, i.e. intercourse, and expiation is required for a sin that was not intentional, so it was said: If it was thick blood, then let him give a dinar in charity
