The Messenger of Islam killed Asma bint Marwan and her child.

In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful

Peace and blessings be upon the Master of Messengers, his family and all his companions.

Now then:

One of the ignorant Christians said :

The suspicion that the Messenger of Islam killed Asma Marwan and her child

The suspicion that the Messenger of Islam killed Asma Marwan and her child

The suspicion that the Messenger of Islam killed Asma Marwan and her child

Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace - was famous for ### and ###, so he would assassinate whoever opposed him with ####, and we will mention some examples, including that he sent Umair bin Adi to Asma bint Marwan and ordered him to kill her because she had slandered him, so he came to her at night (and he was blind) and entered her house and around her were a group of her children sleeping, some of whom were breastfeeding him, so he felt her with his hand and pushed the child away from her, and put his sword to her chest until it penetrated her back, then he returned and came to the mosque and prayed the dawn prayer with Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace - and told him what had happened, so Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: Two goats will not butt heads over it, and he praised Umair with beautiful praise, then he turned to the people and said: Whoever wants to see a man who was in support of God and His Messenger, let him look at Umair bin Adi, (Al-Sirah Al-Halabiyah, Chapter: The Expedition of Umair bin Adi to Kill Asma).

The suspicion that the Messenger of Islam killed Asma Marwan and her child

The suspicion that the Messenger of Islam killed Asma Marwan and her child

In response, we say: The story of the killing
of Asma bint Marwan came in “Musnad Al-Shihab by Al-Quda’i ,” “ Al-Tabaqat Al-Kubra by Ibn Sa’d ,” “ Al-Sirah Al-Nabawiyyah by Ibn Hisham, ” and “ Tarikh Dimashq by Ibn Asakir .” There are two paths to the story.

The first path says:
“ Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn al-Ala’ al-Shami told us, Muhammad ibn al-Hajjaj al-Lakhmi Abu Ibrahim al-Wasiti told us , on the authority of Mujalid ibn Sa’id , on the authority of al-Sha’bi, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, who said: A woman from Banu Khatmah satirized the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, with a satire of hers. This reached the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he was greatly distressed by it, and he said: "Who can give it to me?" A man from her people said: I will, O Messenger of Allah. Tamārah was a woman who sold dates. He said: Then a better one than this came to her. He said: So she entered the soil. He said: And he entered behind her, and looked right and left, and saw nothing but a tray. He said: So he hit her head with it until it crushed her. He said: Then he came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: O Messenger of Allah, I have spared you that. He said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Two goats will not butt heads in it . ”

I say... that this narration is not authentic in any way, as its chain of transmission has two defects instead of one. The first is: Muhammad ibn al-Hajjaj al-Lakhmi : Al- Bukhari said about him: He is a fabricator of hadith. Ibn Adi said: He fabricated the hadith of al-Harisa. “It is a hadith falsely attributed to the Prophet.” Al-Daraqutni said: He is a liar. Ibn Ma’in said: He is a wicked liar. He said - once: He is not trustworthy. [1] The second defect in the chain of transmission of the story is: Mujalid ibn Sa’id : Ibn Ma’in and others said about him: He is not to be relied upon. Ahmad said: He narrates many things that people do not narrate, but he is nothing. Al-Nasa’i said: He is not strong . Al-Ashja’ mentioned that he is a Shi’ite. Al-Daraqutni said: He is weak. Al-Bukhari said: Yahya bin Saeed weakened him, and Ibn Mahdi did not narrate from him. [2] So the first chain of transmission of the story does not constitute evidence, as there are two defects in the chain of transmission: Muhammad bin Al-Hajjaj, who is so-and-so evil, and Mujalid bin Saeed, whose hadith is weak and cannot be relied upon. So the narration is invalid. The second chain of transmission of the story was included by Al-Quda’i in his Musnad, on the authority of “ Yahya bin Muhammad, a client of Banu Hashim, informed us, Bakr bin Abdul Wahhab informed us , Al-Waqidi informed us , Al-

Narrated Abdullah bin Al-Harith bin Fadl, on the authority of his father, who said: Asma bint Marwan was from Banu Umayyah bin Zaid, and her husband was Yazid bin Zaid bin Hisn Al-Khatmi. She used to incite against the Muslims and harm them, and she used to recite poetry. So Umair bin Adi made a vow that if Allah returned His Messenger safely from Badr, He said: So Umair attacked her in the middle of the night and killed her. Then he caught up with the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and prayed the dawn prayer with him. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to browse them when he got up to enter his house. He said to Umair bin Adi: “Did you kill Asmaa?” He said: “Yes.” He said: So I said: O Prophet of God, is there anything wrong with me for killing her?” The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Two goats will not butt heads in it . ”

In the chain of transmission of this story is “ Muhammad ibn ‘Umar al-Waqidi ,” who is one of those who lied about the Messenger of Allah . The suspicion that the Messenger of Islam killed Asma Marwan and her child

These are the statements of the scholars about him:
Ahmad ibn Hanbal said: He is a liar who distorts hadiths.
Ibn Ma’in said: He is not trustworthy. He said – once –: His hadith should not be written down. Al-Bukhari and Abu Hatim said : He is rejected.
Abu Hatim also said, and so did al-Nasa’i: He fabricates hadiths.
Al-Daraqutni said: He is weak.
Ibn ‘Adi said : His hadiths are not preserved and the problem is his. [3] Imam
al-Dhahabi said after completing his biography: “ The consensus is that al-Waqidi is weak . ” [4]

So the second chain of transmission is also not sound, for in the chain of transmission is al-Waqidi, who is a liar and rejected.

Imam al-Albani ruled on this story and said: “ A fabricated hadith . ” [5]

The fabricated news, as Sheikh Mustafa Al-Adawi defined it , “is the fabricated and made-up thing that the slanderers attributed to the Messenger of God ” [6] . The suspicion that the Messenger of Islam killed Asma Marwan and her child

Thus, it becomes clear to everyone how hideous the ignorance of the slanderers among the Christians of Islamic sciences is. Then - would it not have been more appropriate for them to see what the Prophet David did to innocent people for the sake of a woman?

In the Book of Samuel, Chapter 18:
25 - Then Saul said, “Thus you shall say to David : The king does not delight in a dowry, but in a hundred foreskins of the Philistines, to take revenge on the king’s enemies.” Now Saul was thinking to deliver David into the hand of the Philistines .
26 And his servants told David these words, and it pleased David to become the king's son-in-law. And the days were not fulfilled,
27 when David arose and went himself. And his men, and killed two hundred men of the Philistines, and David brought their foreskins, and they completed them for the king to be the king's son-in-law. So Saul gave him his daughter Michal as a wife .

We in turn wonder, what sin did the two hundred men commit, for the prophet of God David to kill them, and does killing in this way come from someone who conveys the message of God Almighty?

I seek Your forgiveness, my Lord, and I repent to You, and I declare myself innocent before You of these sayings about Your pure prophets.
May God’s prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and all his companions
. End...
