The response to the doubt about the talking donkey
May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon
you, my beloved.
This slander against the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was posted on one of the websites that are hostile to Islam.
On the authority of Abu Manzur, he said: (When Allah opened Khaybar for his Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, he took from his share four pairs of mules, four pairs of light camels, ten ounces of gold and silver, a black donkey, and a basket. So the Prophet spoke to the donkey and said to him, What is your name? He said, Yazid bin Shihab, Allah brought forth from the lineage of my grandfather sixty donkeys, all of which were ridden by no one but a prophet. There is no one left from the lineage of my grandfather except me and no prophet except you. I expected that you would ride me, but before you I belonged to a Jewish man and I would trip on him intentionally. He would starve my stomach and beat my back. So the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, I have named you Ya’fur , O Ya’fur. He said, At your service. He said, Do you desire females? He said, No. So the Prophet would ride him for his needs, and when he got off him, he would send him to the man’s door. He would come to the door and knock on its head. When the owner of the house came out to him, he would signal to him to answer the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. So when the Prophet died, he came to a well that belonged to Abu al-Tihan and threw himself into it, and it became his grave. Out of his grief over the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace (History of Ibn Kathir 6_150)
Refuting the doubt, God willing
First: Imam Ibn Kathir mentioned this story and indicated that it is weak, and it was denied by more than one of the great hadith scholars.
Second: Ibn al-Athir stated that the story is weak and not authentic and said (This is a very strange hadith in terms of chain of transmission and text, and I do not permit anyone to narrate it from me except with my words about it) Asad al-Ghabah, Part Four, p. 707.
Of course, the one who spoke about the doubt on the site did not mention that the story is weak, but rather relied on it, even though most Muslim scholars denied it.
Third: Ibn Hibban said (This is a report that has no basis and its chain of transmission is nothing).
Fourth: Ibn al-Jawzi said (May God curse its fabricator).
Fifth: Imam al-Suyuti said (The hadith is fabricated). Book of al-Lali al-Hasan

So the story is weak
, but there is a correct story about donkeys that speak
the Bible.

the Bible.
After we learned that donkeys are non-speaking animals for Muslims, we go on a tour of the Holy Book, which talks about speaking donkeys. Yes, donkeys in the Holy Book only speak. Here is the text:
The donkey of the prophet Balaam
(And when the donkey saw the angel of the Lord, she lay down under Balaam. And Balaam's anger was aroused, and he struck the donkey with a rod. Then the Lord caused the donkey to speak, and she said to Balaam, "What have I done that you have struck me these three times?" Balaam said, "Because you have mocked me. If I had a sword in my hand, I would have killed you." But the donkey answered him, "Am I not your donkey, on which you have always ridden to this day? Am I accustomed to do thus to you?" He said, "No.") Numbers 22-27
Note that the donkey is a female donkey. If we go on a tour in the New Testament, we see confirmation of these words (that the mute donkey spoke with a human voice, and thus put an end to the foolishness of that prophet) 2 Peter, Chapter 16. That is, the donkey has more knowledge than the prophet, for the Qur'an and Sunnah do not contain speaking donkeys, but their holy book is the one that contains these myths.

Not donkeys, but trees too
Yes, read the following (Once the trees went to anoint a king over them, and they said to the olive tree, “Rule over us.” The olive tree said
to it, “Shall I leave my oil, with which God and men are honored, and go that I may reign over the trees?” Then the trees said to the fig tree, “Come, you, and reign over us.” The fig tree said to it, “Shall I leave my sweetness and my good fruit, and go that I may reign over the trees?” Then the trees said to the vine, “Come, you, and reign over us.” The vine said to it, “Shall I leave my wine, which gladdens God and men, and go that I may reign over the trees?” Then all the trees said to the bramble, “Come, you, and reign over us.” The bramble said to the trees, “If you are truly anointing me king over you, then come and take refuge in my shadow; but if not, let fire come out of the bramble and devour the cedars of Lebanon.”)
Judges 9:8
This is the story of the donkeys and the story of the trees in the Holy Bible.
As for us,
you have learned that the narration is weak.
