Indeed, this Qur’an was in Samarkand, but it was transferred to St. Petersburg, the capital of Tsarist Russia, and after the Bolshevik Revolution in 1917, it was then transferred to Turkestan, and it is now in Tashkent. It seems that the liar Bentaaur sent the letter before 1917, when the Qur’an was in Samarkand, or that those who asked him to forge this research made a mistake in the name, so they confused the names Samarkand and Tashkent.

The ignorant Bentaaur knows that there is a photographed copy of this Holy Qur’an in The Holy Quran Hall in the Egyptian National Library was photographed from the original in Tashkent by the Russian photographer (Belosarchs). If he wanted to tell an elaborate lie, he would have been better off claiming to photograph the Cairo copy.

The science of reading and verifying manuscripts is a science taught in universities and institutes, and we do not think that the ignorant Bentaur is aware of it at all, or that he has heard of it. According to the principles of this science, you ignorant one, all ancient books were written by hand because there was no printing at the time. And since humans are not free from errors and omissions no matter how precise they are, part of studying this science is studying their methods of correction when an error, omission, or omission occurs - and I do not know whether I understand the meaning of these terms or not?
